Steering Committee

Sound of Hope's fundraising programme is guided by a dedicated Steering Committee, bringing together representation from our Campaign Director, our hospital partner, our clinical advisory team, an independent financial representative, and a patient advocate. The Committee meets regularly to review campaign progress, financial stewardship, and patient impact, and makes key decisions by consensus. This structure ensures that no single individual holds unchecked authority over the programme, and that every major decision reflects the combined oversight of our clinical, financial, and institutional partners.
