Every patient featured in Sound of Hope's campaign materials - whether through written profiles, photography, or video - has given prior, written, and fully informed consent, or that of their parent or legal guardian in the case of minors. Consent is sought independently by the clinical team, never by campaign staff, and covers exactly how a patient's story or image may be used. Patients retain full control over their information at every stage, and no identifying detail is shared without explicit permission. This protocol reflects our unwavering commitment to patient dignity, privacy, and agency throughout every stage of their care journey.
